Biography
Bipin Kumar Raj has demonstrated his commitment to social change through various leadership roles. As a Grassroots Leader, he served as the former Secretary of the Indian Youth Congress (Bihar), where he successfully mobilized over 10,000 volunteers during the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, with a strong focus on improving healthcare access and empowering the middle class. As a Disresponder, Bipin took on the role of National Secretary of BRCS (Indian Red Cross), leading critical disaster relief efforts and showcasing his belief that humanitarian work goes beyond political boundaries.
